Iva Bogdanova Vandergheynst, artistically known as ‘BogdiFy’, is a Bulgarian-born artist based in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is a graduate in Electrical Engineering and holds a PhD.

BogdiFy creates abstract artworks that are characterized by a vibrant use of color, texture, and gestural brushwork. Her paintings are typically non-representational, meaning that they do not depict recognizable objects or subjects. Instead, they focus on the formal elements of art, such as line, shape, color.

BogdiFy’s style can be described as gestural abstraction or abstract expressionism, as her paintings often feature energetic brushstrokes and a sense of spontaneity and improvisation.
